Strikes are given when members do not turn lines in within the deadline and have not communicated with the admins, and/or did not ask for an extension.
STRIKE 1:
After missing a deadline without properly communicating why to the leadership team (not requesting an extension/cover, explaining the situations that kept you from recording, etc) you will receive a message on your first strike. This will also result in reduced lines in upcoming singles.
STRIKE 2:
If you receive a second strike you will be excluded from the upcoming singles. You will have the opportunity to cover in songs if the need arises, but if communication is lacking again during this time it will result in your third and final strike.
STRIKE 3:
If you receive your third strike, you will be removed from Yuujou Kakumei.
If there are any questions or concerns regarding the strike system, please reach out to one of the admins (Ayu or Kaori) and let us know!

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Strike exceptions can be made depending on the situation such as weather, emergencies, or illnesses, but if it becomes a repeating case of lack of communication when these situations arise it will still result in a strike.
- Strikes can be removed over time if improvement with communication has been noted.
- Yuujou Kakumei is a group where you can set your own pace and pick and choose songs to participate in freely, however this does mean you will be held liable for communicating and submitting your lines. We absolutely understand that things happen and you may not be able to record - just please stay in touch with us so we don’t have to chase you! Extensions will always be granted if asked for before a deadline, and there’s never any hard feelings for stepping down from something if you realize you no longer have time for it. What’s most important to us is proper communication so we can keep the group running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
- Any hostility toward other members or any repeated bouts of drama may result in instant removal from the group depending on the severity of the situation. Please keep in mind the fact that this is a group designed around creating friendships, not hurting them, so please be respectful and just have fun.
